Case Study
IT Change Management and multimedia Company

Enda Logan is Managing Director of Fifth Business, an IT Change Management and multimedia company that provides a range of services including virtual training, web design, computer based training, digital communications and e-learning.

Based in Aberdeen, Fifth Business has offices in Houston and The Hague and as a result, relies upon large bandwidth capacity to maintain close links with clients and colleagues.

The Fifth Business chose BT Openworld to supply its ADSL broadband connection, allowing effective communication between all offices and clients.

At the launch of the eBusiness Clubs, the focus was on Broadband and its applications within the business environment. Enda used the example of his own firm, which he set up in 1993, to illustrate how a relatively small company can use technology to project itself on to the world stage.

“Innovation is the key to success and this means embracing new technology. ADSL Broadband has helped to improve communication channels and deliver a more comprehensive service to our customers enabling us to provide 24 hour support to clients regardless of their location. It has also resulted in reduced telecom costs in addition to speeding up the data delivery process. We are committed to providing our clients with the expertise and service they have come to expect of The Fifth Business and ADSL Broadband has helped to transform the way in which we conduct business.” Enda Logan, Managing Director, Fifth Business.

The Fifth Business can now deliver an instant training support at a low cost with proven effective results.
